Project Health Assessment Overview

 

Thank you for your interest in our web-based project health assessment. We offer two versions of the assessment. One for non-technical projects and the other for technical projects. Unless your project is predominantly a technology driven initiative, like implementing a new software product or upgrading infrastructure, we recommend the non-technical assessment.

As project management is often a very subjective practice area, provided below are a few important disclosures to read through to help you make an informed purchase decision. Please be sure to read through each item carefully. Should you have any additional questions, simply submit a support request and a member of our team will be happy to address them.

Methodology Agnostic

The assessment is not based on any single methodology. We believe the methods don't matter when it comes to success in project delivery. If you're firmly in the traditional waterfall camp or an agile purist, you may find that the assessment doesn't fit your philosophy. If you're looking for an assessment that aligns to a prescribed methodology, keep looking, this isn't the one for you.

The Process

After successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to the online assessment. You will have 10 days to complete the assessment before the link expires. There are 100+ questions that should take 30 to 60 minutes to complete depending on your pace. Once submitted, our advisory team reviews and emails you an assessment report.

Garbage In, Garbage Out

The accuracy of the assessment is dependent on the honesty of your responses. While this seems like an obvious statement, some of the questions asked may not seem relevant and very few have ``N/A`` as a response option. If you don't understand the question it's best to respond accordingly rather than guess or make an assumption. Otherwise.....

The Report

The assessment report is not customized to your specific project. The same rating model is applied to every assessment to provide standard indicators of where your project is or is not at risk. It will not tell you how to address the findings. A more personalized report requires additional information and advisor review, which is available through our consultation packages.

Focus Areas

The assessment focuses on areas that Delivery Artistry believes are key drivers of success in project delivery, across the first three of our four stages of delivery management: Readiness, Integration, Delivery, Evolution. Across these stages we assess activities in the focus areas of OCM, Resource Engagement, Risk Prevention, Delivery Integration, and more.

Refund Policy

Delivery Artistry generally does not offer refunds once you've started the assessment. You may request an exception, which may or may not be approved on a case by case basis, subject to the discretion of our team. After you've submitted the survey, no refunds will be offered.
